Throughout his journey, Caleb must battle various enemies, including cultists, ghouls, undead soldiers, and monstrous creatures. He has an interesting variety of weapons at his disposal, including shotguns, Tommy guns, Napalm launchers, and voodoo dolls, to defeat his foes.

Caleb finds many artifacts, along the way, which contain supernatural abilities, such as the ability to drain enemies’ health, become invisible, and transform into a beast for a limited time. These tools and abilities give Caleb an edge in battle and help him to navigate the treacherous environments.

Player objectives include destroying enemies, completing puzzles, and finding and activating switches to progress through the levels.
